Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet. As you may have noticed my name is Creighton Ashton. I am a visual effects artist and I love doing what I do. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Digital Media: Visual Language. I had a great time there and at the end of it, had a great animated short, Atlas' Revenge, to show for it. Atlas' Revenge was featured at a talk at SIGGRAPH '09 in New Orleans. I am also proud to say that Atlas' Revenge was not only accepted into SIGGRAPH Space Time 2010, but received first place in the Industry Animation Category! Congratulations to everyone on the team who made it possible.
Since graduation I've been doing some independent work for various projects and expanding my skill set. I recently moved to sunny San Diego to do stereo compositing work for Legend 3D. I've learned so much at Legend and had an amazing time doing it too. It's a great feeling to work in this industry and to see your finished work on the big screen is unbeatable.
